Shipping policy
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
- Preparation: 2 working days.
- Delivery: 7 to 15 working days after dispatch, with tracking.
- Cost: £3.99, or free on orders of £39 or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Our products are shipped from partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. Prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay on delivery.
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and you can follow it on our Track your order page. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, email contact@kneelia.co.uk with your order number: we investigate with the carrier and, if it is lost, send you a new parcel.
