"Where's my order?"
Allow 2 working days for preparation, then 7 to 15 working days for delivery. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves — remember to check your spam folder. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.
"I want a refund."
You have 60 days, no reason needed. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the next steps within 24 hours. See the conditions →
