60-day money-back guarantee

If your Kneelia product is not right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, without giving a reason. Sale orders are covered like all others. The product must come back complete and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email contact@kneelia.co.uk with your order number. We send you the return address within 24 working hours. We refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the return, using your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (see our cancellation form). Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund; in that case we pay the return postage.

Exceptions

Digital products (such as the Free Knees e-book) supplied immediately with your agreement cannot be returned once downloaded. Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.
