Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase without giving a reason. This page explains how to use your legal right to cancel.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 60-day money-back guarantee.

How to cancel

1. Identify your order — email contact@kneelia.co.uk with your order number and the email address used for the purchase, or send us the model form below.
2. Confirm your cancellation — we acknowledge your request by email.

Once we receive your request, we send you the return instructions. We refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, or to digital content supplied immediately with your agreement.
