Ordering from Kneelia is risk-free: a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched, a customer service team that replies, and 60 days to change your mind.
Your order, step by step
1. Preparation — 2 working days
Your order is checked and prepared. You receive a confirmation email.
2. Dispatch — your tracking number arrives
As soon as the parcel leaves, you receive a tracking link by email. You know where it is at all times.
3. Delivery — 7 to 15 working days
Home delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery is £3.99, and free on orders of £39 or more. The exact amount is shown before you pay, with no surprises on delivery. Prices include VAT and there are no customs charges to pay on delivery.
60 days to change your mind
Strap not right for you? You get a full refund, within 60 days, without having to explain why. The product must come back complete and in its original packaging. Sale orders are covered like all others.
To use it: email contact@kneelia.co.uk with your order number. We send you the return address within 24 working hours, and the refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive the return — usually much sooner.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel (see our cancellation form) and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
A problem with your order?
Your parcel still hasn't arrived
Email us at contact@kneelia.co.uk with your order number. We'll find your parcel and tell you where it is. If it's lost, we open an investigation with the carrier and then send you a new parcel.
You ordered the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE offer and received only one strap
Your items may leave from two different warehouses and arrive in two parcels a few days apart. If the second one doesn't arrive, tell us with your order number: we'll send it. No argument.
The product is damaged or not as described
Replacement or refund, return postage paid by us. You pay nothing.
You want to change or cancel your order
Email us as soon as possible: as long as the parcel hasn't left, we can correct the address or cancel.
